Purpose: The present research was conducted to explain creativity, based on self-management and creative self-efficacy by mediating of educational engagement in elementary school students with learning Difficult. Method: The research method was a descriptive-correlation method with a path analysis design in the form of structural equations. The statistics society was included of students in 4th to 6th grads with learning problems that were engaged to educate in primary schools of Arak city in the academic year of 1400-1401, which were selected 200 boys’ and girls’ students (100 each gender) with learning problems as the research sample by using the purposeful sampling method. Data gathering tools were include Colorado Questionnaire, Shaffer's creativity questionnaire, Karwowski creative self-efficacy, Houghton and Neck's self-management, and Wilborn's educational engagement, which were completed by teachers and parents of students with learning Difficult. The collected data were analyzed by using Pearson's correlation coefficients and path way analysis in SPSS and AMOS software. From structural equations modeling method was used to investigate the research model fitness.  Results: The findings showed that the research model have an agreeable fitness. Also acquired coefficients between variables parameters showed that meaningful direct effect of self-management dimensions and creative self-efficacy on educational engagement and creativity. In this means, by increasing the self -management and creative self-efficacy, there is a positive change in the degree of educational engagement and creativity in students with learning problems. So, the relationships between the variables of the model drawn in this research were confirmed.

Using a structural model, the present study investigated the contribution of academic engagement and performance approach goals in academic achievement among the girl students in third grade of high school. Multi-stage sampling was used for selecting 260 participants among Tehran high schools girl students in humanities. Two questionnaires were used: goal achievement scale and motivational strategies for learning questionnaire. In the present study, the average of students in five specific courses at the end of academic year was considered as index of student's scores academic achievement. The data was been analyzed by using structural equations model. The results indicated that causal effects of performance approach goals on task value, persistence on task, shallow and deep processing strategies was positive and on seeking help from peers was negative. Causal effects of deep processing strategies, task value and persistence on task on academic achievementwas positive and causal effects of shallow processing strategies and seeking help from peers on academic achievement was negative.

The aim of this research is to design a role engagement model of human resources in an Islamic organization with a Quranic approach. This qualitative research is a type of content analysis which was, in the first stage, carried out through the study of existing literature. and then, by the reflection in Holy Quran method with a problem-oriented strategy; the elements were derived from using a deductive method. The samples of 69 verses in Quran were selected using an aim-oriented approach, until leading up to a category saturation. The samples were analyzed by way of the concept-finding of reflection in Holy Quran method. According to the findings of this research, the Quranic model includes pervasive themes of the concept, antecedents and consequences of role engagement. The faith and good deed were found as two basic themes of the concept. The basic themes of antecedents are organized into organizational antecedents such as leadership characteristics, and personal antecedents such as personal characteristics. Also, the basic themes of consequences are organized into organizational consequences such as organizational success and survival, and personal consequences such as work-life balance. In this research, Itghan and Efadah were used to test the validity and reliability of the results, accordingly. The findings of this research can lead to the development of theoretical knowledge of human resource management and also the application of religious and spiritual value concepts in modern organizations especially cultural, educational and upbringing institutions.

According to the regulations of the Iranian Certified Public Accountants(IACPA), audit reports are issued with two signatures. According to the mentioned requirements, the review of the second partner is considered as a part of the quality control system in Iran. Until now, the way of interaction and negotiation between the engagement partner and the second partner, who play an essential role in the audit quality, has not been researched in Iran, and the various aspects of this relationship have not been explained. Therefore, in this research, the negotiation model between the auditor and client, which was developed by Gibbons et al (2001) was used. Then, by conducting in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 24 partners of Iranian Audit Firms who work as the engagement or second audit partner and the published interview of 7 experienced Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in professional publications, research data was collected. after analyzing data, a conceptual model of interaction between the engagement or second audit partner was created. findings show a comprehensive picture of this interactive process, which includes: Discussions take place around complex issues (accounting, auditing, laws and regulations), the negotiation is mostly face-to-face, it’s normal in auditing, negotiation is dependent on its context, the process of negotiation is cooperative and non-adversarial, past cooperation experiences are effective on current negotiations, and also the way of interaction and current negotiation can influence future interactions.
